Chakra
Balancing Course — Levels
I - V
Chakra
Balancing is a hands-on healing modality which uses gentle,
non-invasive touch to promote
the healing and integration of body, mind, emotion and spirit. It
facilitates relaxation, pain relief, and stress reduction. Opening the chakras
and balancing the energy flow through touch gives the body access
to all available resources for wellness and provides new tools
for insight and increased well-being. A
knowledge of the chakras allows an in-depth understanding of
the mind-body connection.
Both beginners
and advanced students are welcome. No previous experience is
necessary. The work stands alone as a healing modality and is also
an effective adjunct to all types of bodywork. It can be easily integrated
with other modalities.
The
Chakra Balancing course is appropriate for:
- the bodywork
practitioner* and other health professionals seeking alternative
skills,
- individuals with a desire to be a healing presence in their community, and
- those
with an interest in personal growth.
This five-level
